Fantastic quality and customer service

We had an unusually large window area and dimensions, so needed a custom order. Ours was slightly bigger than the largest dimensions on the website. We made the request online with the dimensions we wanted and the fabric color etc., and we received responses promptly in less than a day. We were sent a custom link to place the custom order and were surprised the cost was only slightly more, despite being custom (basically proportionally more for the size), so that was great. Once order placed, it was processed and shipped quickly and arrived in flawless condition.
Quality is phenomenal and dimensions were perfect as ordered. They are slightly more room darkening than we thought they'd be, but still let in a good amount of light. If you want a true sheer or almost sheer these will be too dark for you. Also, we didn't get any privacy lining or any liner at all and they are 100% private (can't see in from outside at all) during day and night so don't worry about that.
Overall, fantastic product and fantastic service. 0 complaints whatsoever.
