Rhanfold wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We hope you will order something you will love for years to come. With this in mind, if you should receive an item you do not wish to keep we are here to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items Replacement and Refund Policy

Rhanfold warranties our products against all defects including manufacturing and workmanship. If you receive a damaged or defective item or the item having wrong measurements outside of tolerance , please notify us via contact@rhanfold.com within 7 days of receipt of the order, and we will replace it at no cost to you or the customer will receive a full refund.

Once we have received notification from you: You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of any fault or issue, so that we can resolve the error as quickly as possible with our workroom. We will advise as to what photos are required depending on the issue.

The customer is responsible for the item being returned to us so please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the security of the contents during transit back. We cannot be held responsible for replacement or refund if reasonable steps are not taken.

IMPORTANT NOTE! ALL CURTAINS AND DRAPES, THROW PILLOWS, TABLE RUNNERS ARE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, WHICH ARE MADE BY CUSTOMER’S SPECIFICATIONS.

Custom Made Items Return and Refund Policy

Items featured on our website as Custom Made are items that are made to a customer’s specifications. Custom made items can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Rhanfold will retain 20% of the purchase price for custom items that are returned to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in original condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Rhanfold does not pay for return shipping.

Custom Made Items Cancel Policy

For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. if the customer cancel the order for custom made items prior to items shipping, the customer will receive 50% refund.

Sales Outlet Items Return and Refund Policy

Items featured on our website within the Sales Outlet are items kept in stock. These items can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Rhanfold will retain 30% of the purchase price for sales outlet items that are returned to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in original condition.

Fabric Return, Refund and Cancel Policy

Fabric purchases can ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase.  After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellations & returns – as all sales are final.

Fabric Swatches purchases can ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase.  After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellations & returns – as all sales are final.
